Heads have the authority to penalize any other unlisted unethical actions.

ON COMPANIONS

  1. The Potterhouse Portal is open to registered guests only. All unexpected visitors and outsiders shall be fined ₱2000 per head.
  2. While Hogwarts typically welcomes all beloved familiars, animal companions shall not be granted passage into our grounds.
  3. Minors must always be supervised by at least one adult guardian.

ON POTTERHOUSE ITEMS

  1. Return everything to its proper place after use. Bringing out any of the Potterhouse items is strictly prohibited. The goblins at Gringotts shall deduct the cost of all missing items from your security deposit.
  2. You are free to use the stuff inside the Potterhouse, but once lost or broken, it will be deducted from your security deposit. Any items that will be damaged or lost will be charged accordingly.
  3. Staining the bedsheets, towels, curtains, couch, or walls will be charged to the guests.
  4. Guests are not allowed to remove any installed or hanging items inside the Potterhouse like the frames, television, or curtain.

ON PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Remain cautious at all times! Any possible accidents within the Potterhouse shall be your own liability.
  2. Guests will be responsible to keep their belongings safe and secure. They should remember to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property. Guests should also turn off the lights and air conditioner before leaving the premises.
  3. Bringing fire including lighting up candles, incense, etc. other than the birthday candles is not allowed inside the Potterhouse.

ON FOOD

  1. Cooking will not be allowed inside the Potterhouse. However, guests may order food from FoodPanda, Grab or any culinary establishments, bring your own cooked food, or order from Potterhouse PH.
  2. Refrain from eating or drinking in the dormitory or on the couch to avoid leaving stains. Please enjoy your meal in the Great Hall instead.
